There’s the common buzzword for India-unity in diversity which implies that India is a diverse and huge country where people of different religions and traditions live together in great harmony and peace. People having different religions have different rituals traditions values languages and even different food. The traditional food of India includes the aroma of herbs and spices the cooking style is different in all regions of India. India has their specialty in foods not only Indians like their own food but also Indian food has gained a lot of popularity all over the world. There are many states in India and every state has its tradition of foods.

It is a dish consist two pain parts which are missal and pav. Missal is a name of vegetable which is made from lots of vegetable and butter and pav are soft pieces of bread the uniqueness of this dish is their spices and ingredients which are used while making this and while serving this dish is garnish with some sev, onions, and lemon.

Kosha mangosha - kosha mangosha is a famous dish of west Bengal. It is a non-veg dish that is made up of mutton it is a recipe that every Bengali loves to eat. The flavor of mustard oil and spices used in this dish was up to a great extend. The uniqueness of this dish was juicy mutton pieces. The dish is served with maida luccha pooris.

Makki di roti and sarso da saag - Makki roti and sarso saag are the famous and traditional food of Punjab. The food is in the souls of Punjabis. Makki ki roti is a chappati made up of cornflour and saag is a name of vegetable the dish is served with lots of traditional ghee. Fish curry- fish curry is a famous dish of goa but not the people of goa only loves to eat this food but worldwide people love this Indian food. Biryani- this dish does not need any explanation. Biryani is a classical Indian food that is famous not in Hyderabad but all over India. Butte ka kees- butte ka kees is a famous snack of Madhya Pradesh. People often make this dish at their homes as it is cooks very fast and also it very delicious. People love to eat this dish during their tea time or snack time basically in the evenings. Everyone should try this dish at least once.

Momo - Momo is one of the famous food of Sikkim. But not only Sikkim every Indian loves to eat this food. Momo is a type of dumpling that is made up of maida and there is stuffing inside every momo. People served it with red chili sauce. In every cold region, you must found momo everywhere.

Pork with the bamboo shot- pork with bamboo shot is a famous dish of Nagaland. It is a non-veg dish made up of pork.
