It is a healthy protein full and delicious to eat gram flour recipes. Gram flour is also known as besan in India.

1. besan ladoo - besan ladoo is one of the most mouthwatering sweet. the main ingredient used in this recipe is besan and sugar. Besan ladoo is delicious balls. These are mostly made at the times up festivals. It has a very simple recipe so one can make it easily at home. The aroma and texture of besan ladoo are mouth-watering.

2. Potato 65 - for making potato 65 you just need to do is take a pan add some water oil and salt afterward adds some potatoes cube into it and let it boil for few minutes. Once it boils let it cool for some minutes afterward adds some cornflour and besan to boil potatoes and deep fry it and then take a pan to add some oil and veggies of your choice let the veggies be sorted for some minutes after that add some curd and stir the mixture for few minutes. And then add the fried besan potatoes pieces to the gravy prepared and let the vegetable cook for few minutes. Once it is done serve it on a plate and garnished it with some coriander and chopped onions.

Besan dhokla- besan dhokla is one of the mouthwatering recipes that everyone's love to eat for making besan dhokla what you need to do is take a bowl add gram flour then add semolina after that add ginger garlic paste then add green chili turmeric powder little bit sugar asafoetida salt lemon juice oil and water whisk the whole batter whisk only in one direction and let it sit for 20 minutes then add Eno fruit salt into the batter then take a pan heat up and put a cooker rack inside it set it in a mold and put it inside pan let it steam for few minutes once it becomes a soft turn off then take a pan to add cumin seeds salt green chili and sugar and pour it into dhokla and it is ready to serve.

Besan masala pancake - for making besan masala pancake you just need to do is take a bowl add some besan green chili pinch of turmeric red chili black pepper salt to taste brown sugar ginger grated amchur and veggies of your choice and water and mix the batter with gentle hands now take a pan heat the flame spread some oil and pout half by half batter into a pan give it a proper shape and set and tilt from both sides once it is done turn off the flame and your masala pancakes are ready to eat.

Besan triangles- for making besan triangles you just need to do is take a bowl add some besan add salt chili spices of your choice then add Veggies your choice and water mix the batter gently by hands then take a pan put some oil then add the prepared mixture of besan Into pan and stir it once it becomes thick let it out and also let it cool for some time then take a plate and spread it let it set in the refrigerator for few minutes after freezing cut it into triangle pieces and deep fry it and your dish is ready to serve.
