How to lose weight

The famous proverb “ eat better, not less" reminds us of the implication of healthful food and good health in our life. Health is one of the most significant aspects of our life. if we can consume healthily we can live a more wealthy life. As everyone knows in this today's era every single person is involved in their own hustle bustle life. No one has time to give attention to their health and diet. Avoiding healthy food can may cause major health diseases like stress anxiety and weakness. No one has time to take proper maintenance of their health. Now days tend to eat junk food that is harmful to our body is popular among the youth. As junk food contains many harmful components which are very harmful to our body and also junk food is the main reason for heart attacks and many diseases. If you want to live a sickness-free life you just need to follow good health. The main problem of today's time is that everyone wants to lose weight by eating but not dieting.  As dieting is too much difficult to do.  So everyone wants a method in which they can lose weight by eating. 

Here are some diet recipes for weight loss-

1. Oats pancake- oats are one the best ingredient which helps to burn out the fat from our body. also, it has high antioxidants and rich in fibers. For making oats pancakes you just need to do is take some oats to roast them on the pan. After then add into the mix and put sweet yogurt dates and banana blend it and make a thick batter. After that put the batter into the pan and serve it on a plate and also don't forget to garnish with honey. 

2. Puffed rice namkeen-  for making puffed rice namkeen you just need to do take a pan add some oil afterward roast some peanuts and gram pulse. After that add curry leave and spices of your choice. And then finally add rice puff. Rice puffs are rich in fibers. And your puff namkeen is ready to eat. You can also store it in a jar.

3. Soya vegetable- soya is one of the best ingredients which is high in proteins and vitamins. It is low in fat. For making this delicious vegetable you just need to do take a pan to add some oil after that add ginger onion and veggies of your choice. Then add soaked soya and let them cook for few minutes. And your finest dish is ready to eat. You can serve your vegetable with chapati and bread.

4. Soya chunks salad- soya is one of the high protein ingredients. Soya is too much beneficial not only for our body but also for our bones and muscles.  Also, it helps to burn out the fat from our body. for making soya chunks salad- you Need to need to do take some soya chunks to boil for few minutes. After that add the soya chunks to a bowl and add curd, spices, salt according to your taste, black pepper, some mixed herbs, after that marinate it for few minutes. Afterward, put some oil in a pan add veggies of your choice and let them out in a bowl add marinated soya chunks mix the mixture add your salad is ready to serve.

5. Strawberry smoothie- ( strawberry is low fat and low calories fruit which is rich in proteins and it has high antioxidant) for making the strawberry smoothie you just need-strawberry chopped into pieces add into a blender then add milk and sweet yogurt and after that add bananas. Bananas are rich in fiber and they also help in weight loss. After adding all the ingredients into the blender and blend the mixture and serve the smoothie into a glass.

6. fruits chart- fruits are considered as highest immunity booster food. And also it is light food instead of dieting you can go for fruits also if you are a fitness freak then you should eat fruits once or twice a day. Fruits should be there in your meals. For making a fruit chart you just need fruits of your choice to add finely chopped pieces of fruits in a bowl then add black salt and sweet yogurt mix it and it is ready to eat.
