How to prepare a good light weighed breakfast

Everyone loves to eat different and unique food. There are a plethora of food dishes present at this time. If you go and visit a hotel there are lots of dishes present in one single menu. Whether it is veg or non-veg every component has varieties of food dishes. There are usually three meals in a day breakfast lunch and dinner. Breakfast is one the most important meal which can not be skipped in any way. Because in the time of hustle and bustle no one has time to take care of their selves only the time they have is at breakfast. Usually, breakfast is a good vibing concept as it believes that breakfast should be done at one place with all the family members.  One can prepare a plethora of light dishes during breakfast. Breakfast can be done normally on family occasions or events celebrations and small gatherings. 3. Sweet potato salad- sweet potato is a rich source of fiber. For making sweet potato salad you just need to do take a bowl add some roasted cauliflower and sweet potato to bowl them add some lime juice afterward add yogurt and cabbage then give it a good mix. And your salad is ready to eat.

4.  rava uttapam- rva is considered as best healthy food it helps in maintaining body healthy and fit for making Rava appam you just need a bowl to add semolina low-fat curd salt chili veggies of your choice add than add coriander mix the whole mixture take a pan put some oil and then add the butter to the pan make it flat and tilt from both sides. Your uthappam is now ready to sever.

5.. . fruits chart- fruits are considered as highest immunity booster food. if you are a fitness freak then you should eat fruits once or twice a day. Fruits should be there in your meals. For making a fruit chart you just need fruits of your choice to add finely chopped pieces of fruits in a bowl then add black salt and sweet yogurt mix it and it is ready to eat.

One can easily enjoy summers by drinking this highly fresh juice for making green apple juice you just need few ingredients green apple honey kiwi and black salt. Take a juicer add all the ingredients and make a juice out of all the ingredients. Sunburst juice - coconut is one of the best ingredients out of all the ingredients it has lots of benefits to our body it helps our body to boost up and fight against various diseases also it gives strength to our hairs and nails. For making sunburst juice take a juicer afterward add some coconut juice chopped pieces pineapple pinch of ginger and turmeric black salt and honey.
