Everyone loves to eat different and unique food. There are a plethora of food dishes present at this time. If you go and visit a hotel there are lots of dishes present in one single menu. 

Whether it is veg or non-veg every component has varieties of food dishes. As there are lots of dishes and one of the common ingredients used in most of the dishes is "fish". Fish is the most used or eaten food by everyone. 

Everyone loves to eat fish and its recipes. It is rich in protein. Also, it is one of the most healthy food that one can eat easily. It also makes our bones and muscles strong and healthy. 

There are a plethora of healthy recipes which are made up of fish And all the recipes are instant and can be made in just a few minutes.  

Not there are single uses of fish. the fish is rich in calcium make sure always to eat fresh and cooked chicken As fresh fish always makes your mouth taste better.  Many recipes are made from fish.

Here is a catalog of some tasty recipes made from fish-

1. Fishballs- for making fish balls take a pan add some water then add some quarter tablespoon of turmeric and salt let it rest and boil for few minutes. Afterward, once it boils remove the bones from the fish and chopped into fine pieces. 

Then take a pan to add some oil some chopped onions and chopped wish then add spices and flavor of your choice afterward add one boil potato for binding make small balls add the balls in the cornflour water then coat it into breadcrumbs and deep fry it and your balls are ready to eat.

2. Lemon pepper fish fry- for making lemon pepper fish fry you just need to do that take pieces of fish any of your choices then take a bowl to add red chili salt chat masala garam masala ginger garlic paste and cornflour for binding. 

Then lastly add lemon juice mix all the batter and coat it with wish pieces let it set for marinating in the refrigerator for 1 hour after that take a pan add oil then put the marinated pieces on pan and roast it for few minutes till then golden color afterward take a pan to add some butter onions and chopped veggies of your choice make sure to for it into low flame. 

After that put lime juice and black pepper and add fry fish pieces. And your dish is ready to serve.

3. Chilli fish- for making chili fish you just need do that take pieces of fish any of your choices then take a bowl to add red chili salt chat masala black pepper garam masala ginger garlic paste and cornflour for binding and egg wash then lastly add lemon juice mix all the batter with gentle hands and put fish pieces in the pan let it marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator. 

Then take a pan add oil for deep frying heat up the pan and add marinated fish pieces into it. Take a pan to add some oil add spring Onion capsicum opinion and veggies of your choice then add salt chili spices of your choice and fry fish pieces then finally add sauce like soy sauce ketchup vinegar and chili sauce mix it and it is ready to eat.

4. Crispy fried fish- for making crispy fried fish what you need to do is take a mixer jar add chili garlic cloves black pepper salt and coriander leaves then blend it and make a paste after that take pieces of fish any of your choices add Into then add paste ready before lime juice dark soy sauce and mix it well.

 After that add one egg into the mixture and mix it then take the bread and make breadcrumbs out of it coat the pieces of fish into breadcrumbs it's your choice to keep it in the refrigerator for few times or to direct frying into the hot oil. Once it turns golden your crispy fish is ready to eat. 

5. Amritsari fish fry- one of the most loved dishes of Amritsar. The traditional method to cook this fish is that take a bowl add pieces of fish of your choice then ad salt garam masala turmeric lime juice black pepper gram flour and maida mix all the mixture and let it set in the refrigerator for half an hour after then deep fry it and your Amritsari fish fry is ready to eat.
