1. Sabudana khichdi- khichdi is proven as a healthy diet that helps to reduce stress also khichdi is the most given food to patients for their recoveries as it is light to eat and full of nutrients. 

For making khichdi you need non stick tapioca pearl take a pan to add some oil after that add some peanuts blend it and make the finest powder then add tapioca pearl peanuts salt veggies of your choice and coriander chutney in a pan let it cook for few minutes your khichri is ready to eat.

2. Rava uttapam- rva is considered as best healthy food it helps in maintaining body healthy also it is best as it is flavorful and no stress patient can do any tantrums to eat this.  

For making Rava appam you just need a bowl to add semolina low-fat curd salt chili veggies of your choice add than add coriander mix the whole mixture take a pan put some oil and then add the batter butter pan make it flat and tilt from both sides. Your uthappam is now ready to sever.

3. protein ladoo - ladoo is usually made of ingredients that can cause so much sugar in our body. but if you’re a laddoo lover and also, on the other hand, you want to do something sweet for your stress patient friend so you just need to follow this recipe take some dry fruits peanuts sesame seed cook them into a pan on a low flame after that put the mixture into the grinder and make the finest powder after that take some jaggery and made a jaggery syrup add the finest powder in the jaggery syrup mix the mixture and let it cool for some time after that make the balls of the mixture and its ready to eat. 

4. Blueberry shake- (blueberry helps our body to fight against some major diseases such as cancer stress also it is highly antioxidant and also to maintain our body system) for making blueberry shake you need to add blueberry, spinach, bananas, and honey in a blender. ( spinach is rich in vitamin A and C also it was rich in iron and folic acid). After adding all ingredients blend it and serve in a glass your healthy smoothie is ready to drink. 

5. Miracle juice- for making miracle juice- you just need few ingredients - apple carrot beetroot pomegranate and dates. Chopped all the fruits in slices. Add into a juicer and let the juice come out of the ingredients. And serve in a glass.

6. Besan dhokla - besan dhokla is one of the mouthwatering recipes that everyone's love to eat and also it is healthy and full of flavors for making besan dhokla .

What you need to do is take a bowl add gram flour then add semolina after that add ginger garlic paste then add green chili turmeric powder little bit sugar asafoetida salt lemon juice oil and water whisk the whole batter whisk only in one direction and let it sit for 20 minutes then add Eno fruit salt into the batter then take a pan heat up and put a cooker rack inside it set it in a mold and put it inside pan let it steam for few minutes once it. 

Becomes a soft turn off then take a pan to add cumin seeds salt green chili and sugar and pour it into dhokla and it is ready to serve.
